Luci Living Design is experienced in working with property developers and investors on both single dwellings and large developments. We understand the property market well and financial issues associated with it. 

In order to ensure the best return on client investment we are able to tailor our comprehensive service to meet your individual requirements. We are also able to advise on making the best use of the budget available, capturing and retaining the desired target market, current and potential property values.

Our services include interior design and fit out, general building services, property renovations and refurbishments, show homes, home staging for hard to sell properties, marketing suites and the provision and installation of budget, standard and deluxe furniture packages. 

Recent projects include completion of the show apartment at Stella Nova development, Bootle, Nr Liverpool. This new build development included 147 luxury apartments with mixed retail and commecial space below. We also put together a range of furniture packges for investors and tenants. This scheme was recently awarded the 2009 Regeneration Award for Bootle.
