This relates to a £250k refurbishment of Tao's Restaurant in Prestwich, Manchester completed by us to include all design work, building works, furniture, lighting, new public toilet area with disabled toilets, bespoke bar and joinery work, decor, fixed seating booths, private dining room and external landscaping.
Other recent commercial projects include a £500K refurbishment of the Red Hall Hotel at Ramsbottom, a 37 bedroomed, country style hotel.
The Red Hall project included all design work, complete fit out of all 37 bedrooms and public areas, decor, manufacture and installation of bars, panelling, lighting, fireplaces, flooring, furniture, soft furnishings, window treatments, bathrooms, public and disabled toilets, artwork and accessories.
We are currently working on a £3m refurbishment of a 47 bedroomed, grade 2 listed hotel in the Lake District. This is a long term project likely which is due to start shortly by way of internal works and refurbishments before moving on to major building works and the development of new facilities which are currently in the planning application stage.
