Luci Living Design provides a comprehensive interior design and project management service to meet with your requirements.

Each design scheme is individual and unique but as a general rule most projects are broken down into a process of four parts - Initial Design Meeting - Design Presentation - Design Implementation - Project Management.

Further information on the process are detailed below; 

Intial Design Meeting

Our designer will visit you for a FREE consultation, without obligation, to discuss your project and will aim to find out as much as possible about what you might need from us in order to capture your prefered style, vision and core wishes, before transforming this into a workable and exciting design scheme.

Design Presentation

Your design scheme will be presented by our designer through use of design boards, photographs, sketches, drawings, plans, notes and 3D imagary if required. There is a charge for this part of our service, which will be agreed with you at the initial design meeting. Design boards consist of fabric swatches, wallcoverings, textures, window treatments, flooring samples, lighting options, furniture ideas and all other aspects relating to the design. This will enable you to get a clear concept of how the finished project will look. At this point we will provide you with a quotation enabling you to either take forward and implement the designs yourself or make agreement in order that our design team can plan and undertake this for you.  

Design Implementation

Our team at Luci Living Design can coordinate and implement all aspects of your project and chosen design scheme, no matter how big or small, using as much or as little of the design as you like. We can appoint skilled designers, contactors and manufacterers on your behalf. We highly recommend that we source and purchase goods from our vast range of suppliers to take advantage of out trade connections in order achieve the overall desired effect.

Project Management

Luci Living Design can also provide first class project managment to ensure a high quality, seamless service that meets fully with your expectations. Project Management includes review of all contractor plans, drawings and finishing schedules to ensure the design is adhered to and also approval of works, materials, finishes, colours and checking quality of products. Supersvision of contractors,        on-going project monitoring and provision of a key holding service can be provided as required.
